The new Zenith is the best road bike in the world, according to Baldiso. And they can support this statement with prototype results on the four main criteria: aero performance, weight, stiffness and comfort.
Aerodynamics: the first 3D-printed prototype achieved a power output of 199 watts (at 45 km/h) in the wind tunnel according to the Tour test standard. This placed it among the fastest racing bikes in the world.
Weight: at 790 grams (size M), the frame is among the lightest consistently aero-optimized road bikes in its class.
Stiffness: especially bottom bracket stiffness, of over 65 Nm. This ensures optimal power transfer.
Comfort: a special seat post solution improves comfort in the seat area, crucial for a comfortable ride over longer distances.
The Zenith frameset is entirely made by hand. This elaborate manufacturing process results in a very high surface quality. Allowing to ride a frame in a raw carbon look, without any paint.
It is designed and engineered by Carbonworks, manufactured by Bike Ahead Composites, both based in Germany. The fully customizable frame is available from May 2026 but can be pre-ordered now. First come, first served. Lifetime warranty and crash replacement are included in the buy.
Price*: from € 6.900 (frameset)
