Officine Mattio recently introduced their all-new aero carbon gravel bike, the Bisalta. It is named after the two peaked mountain in the Ligurian Alps, close to their office.
The Bisalta is based on a lightweight and aerodynamically optimized gravel frame manufactured from the strong Torayca T1000 carbon fiber. It is handmade from start to finish in Italy. And of course, extensively tested, with the Alps in your backyard.
With the Bisalta, you can turn left when the tarmac goes right. With a tyre clearance of 50 mm and sufficient mounts to install racks and bags, you might not want to turn around the same day. Officine Mattio: “The Bisalta is created for those who seek freedom and uncompromising performance.”
The new aero carbon Bisalta gravel bike is available in 6 stock sizes and the configurator offers endless custom finish possibilities. And that is exactly the challenge when checking out configurators. Before you know it, you spend hours of fiddling around. But in a nice way.
The bike on top is configured by OM themselves and shows a so-called “Serpentinite Rust Rock” finish. A great look, especially in combination with the Fulcrum Sharq wheels.
