Campagnolo and De Rosa share a long history in Italian cycling. De Rosa launched a special edition, the 70 Origine, to celebrate the launch of the new Campagnolo Record 13 group set.
The name Origine stands for the return to the essence of cycling. De Rosa: “It is created for those who value heritage but choose to experience it in the present.”
The new Record 13 is designed to cover the full spectrum of modern cycling; road, gravel and all-road. With multiple configurations across 1x and 2x setups, it offers different settings without changing the riding experience. It is based on the same principles and technologies as the earlier launched Super Record 13. Slightly heavier (plus 208 – 342 grams depending on configuration), but at a more accessible price (about € 1.500 less).
The classic thumb shifter is back. The crank set is available with or without power meter. The Ultra cassette is single block manufactured and available with 4 or 5 titanium sprockets in the version 10-33t or 10-36t.
The Origine is based on the De Rosa 70 frame (730 grams) and features the new Campagnolo Record 13 group set, Shamal Dual wheels and a Vision Metro 5D EVO cockpit.
