Trek is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year with the launch of two special editions: the First 50 Project One ICON and No. 76 Project One ICON.
The paint scheme of the No. 76 Project One Icon combines the brand’s heritage with the present. It features Trek’s original 1976 logo, a graphic of Trek’s early brass-plate headbadge, and the brand’s heritage blue, a colour inspired by Trek’s earliest handmade touring bikes. The golden coloured highlights obviously celebrate their golden anniversary in 2026.
The First 50 ICON is available exclusively on the Madone SLR 9 AXS. The limited-edition frames are numbered on the chain stay. It comes with a white saddle with red rails and Aelos RSL wheels with golden decals.
Trek: “No. 76 is a bridge between where Trek began and where we’re headed.” They have come a long way since the five of them started in a Wisconsin barn back in 1976. And the Madone SLR 9 AXS No.76 is a great tribute to the brand’s success.
Both limited editions can be pre-ordered before April 13. Expected delivery between June and August, depending on location.
