
No.22 Bicycles presented the first concept of the Reactor Aero titanium bike during the MADE BIKE show in 2024. At the 2026 show last weekend, they revealed the updated version of this first ever printed titanium aero bike. For us, the highlight of the event.
No.22 recently stated that the first production-representative Reactor Aero is currently being printed by partner RAM3D of New Zealand and consequently being welded, aligned and finished in their facility in Johnstown, NY. The fork molds have been finalized, and the bespoke titanium and carbon bar/stem is being tested.
The improvement versus the initial version includes a complete overhaul of the aerodynamic form and profiling in response to the UCI’s latest guidelines. It resulted in an aerodynamic reduction of 30-40% drag compared to the current Reactor. Every piece of the bike, from head tube to drop out to water bottle cage, is made specifically for the brand, ensuring maximum control and precision.
Besides aerodynamic performance, No.22 focused on maximising the drivetrain stiffness. It is likely that the Reactor Aero offers the most efficient power transfer available on a Ti frame. To achieve this, the down tube, bottom bracket intersection, and chain stays were fully redesigned.
All this comes at a price of course. No.22 anticipates a price between US$ 10.000 and US$ 15.000 for a frameset (frame, fork, headset, thru-axles, aero titanium seat post, and integrated titanium-and-carbon stem and handlebar combination).
