ENVE introduced the updated version of the Melee aero bike. It took them 2 years of development but it’s worth the wait. It is more aerodynamic and lighter than the initial Melee. With a total weight of 6.8 kg, this aero bike doesn’t compromise.
Total savings versus the V1 are 17 watts dived over several areas. Frame, fork and seat post have reduced in surface with 7,5%, reducing while improving aerodynamics. Check out the difference between the V1 frame setup in blue and the V2 in grey. Performance gain: 11,4 watts.

The new SES aero cages reduce the aerodynamic losses when adding bottles and cages to a bike. Designed to use with traditional round bottles. Aerodynamic gain: 2.6 watts.

A new airfoil design in the handlebar drops reduces drag. At the same time the upper pads are designed to offer comfort and improve aerodynamics. Combined with a new 1.2 mm thick tape, it delivers a 3 watts improvement.

Top of the range is the Melee V2 PRO RED E1 AXS build. It comes with SES 4.5 PRO wheels, SES 25 mm road tyres, the SES Aero Pro V2 one-piece handlebar, an ENVE X SELLE ITALIA SLR Boost 3D Kit carbonio superflow saddle and the new SES aero carbon bottle cages.

The Melee 2 comes in either white lightening or ultralight black. But check out the orange finish of the ENVE in-house special paint division, equipped with Campagnolo Super Record (frameset*: € 4.999). We love it, but perhaps that’s to do with our Dutch orange coloured hearts…
