Ridley launches the new FALCN RS 2.0, the lightest bike they ever made. With one mission in mind, to get you to the top as fast as possible. Without compromising on reliability. And every rider knows, every gram counts when battling against percentages.
The FALCN is Ridley’s aero-to-weight road bike. Its frame is not only light with just 705 grams (size M), but also aerodynamically optimized and featuring a progressive geometry. All of that results in a bike that demonstrates efficiency on both fast flats and steep climbs.
With a different carbon-layup, weight went down with 12% versus its predecessor. Maintaining the literal stiffness you expect from an aero bike. The smoother transitions between the different frame tubes made it possible to reduce material without negatively affecting aerodynamic performance. The aero seat post and integrated Nimbus Pro cockpit add to that performance.
The race geometry was developed in close collaboration with the Uno-X Mobility Pro Cycling team. Their data resulted in the progressive riding position. The 76° steeper seat tube angle is identical for all frame sizes and places the rider more centrally above the bike. Combined with a longer reach and higher stack, a modern position is created with a more open hip angle, supporting efficient pedaling and comfort during longer rides.
Depending on the selected version, the bike is equipped with AX Lightness Ultra SL, Forza Skiron RSR or Mavic Comete 50 wheels. In its lightest version (RED AXS), the complete FALCN RS 2.0 weighs only 6.2 kg in size M, without pedals. The SRAM Force AXS version comes in at 6.65 kg and the Shimano Ultegra Di2 version at 6.8 kg.
Prices* start at € 4.999 for the frameset, total builds at € 6.959 (Ultegra Di2). The price for the RED AXS version starts at € 10.635. All possible setups can be selected in the configurator on the Ridley website.
