The XTM sits between the fast Orbis X and the heavy duty DBM, bridging the gap in the gravel line up at BAUM. They call it a gravel plus bike, a bike equipped to handle rough terrain without completely giving up its road-going manners.
The frame shares the same butted titanium tubing, chain stays, and hub spacing as the rest of the Orbis family. BAUM added their new proprietary dropouts with UDH to leave the choice of what drivetrain can be installed. However, it is purpose-built for 1x electronic drivetrains.
The XTM offers clearance for 700 x 61mm tyres thanks to a fresh set of 3D printed yokes and a curved seat tube.
The above XTM gravel plus bike is a special design BAUM is known for. It is the ideal weapon to attack both light and heavy gravel tracks in almost a camouflage look. Just to be heard, not to be seen.
