If you are looking for a lightweighted titanium gravel bike, the Litespeed Toscano is an excellent choice. Thanks to the innovative Superform tubeset, Litespeed claims the Toscano to be the lightest production titanium gravel bike. Making it both fast and comfortable to ride.
The Toscano is built around the premium Superform SL titanium tubeset with a 6AL/4V titanium top tube. It is engineered to offer stiffness and durability at the lowest weight. Custom formed and size specific. With a varying wall thickness to offer strength where it matters and save weight where possible.
Litespeed is known for its precision-made manufacturing. Every Superform tube is extensively “cold-worked”, a process during which the metal is shaped at room temperature. This increases the hardness and strength of the metal considerably.
The Toscano comes in two versions, the ‘standard’ Toscano with standard cable routing and the F1 version with fully integrated cabling. The F1 frame is 75 grams lighter and comes at a total weight of 1.285 grams. The geometry is progressive, long reach, short stem, and offers a tyre clearance of 50 mm.
New at Litespeed is the wide range of colour options to choose from. Combined with a partly satin or brightly brushed titanium finish, and a Litespeed titanium seat post, the Toscano is a true eyecatcher.
But don’t be mistaken about its almost elegant appearance, the Toscano is a beast on track absorbing any possible vibrations. Especially with the DT Swiss F132 ONE fork up front.
If you consider buying a Litespeed, don’t hesitate to do so. Currently they offer a nice Litespeed Memorial Day Sale on the website.
The regular price* for a Toscano frame starts at € 5.584, the F1 comes at € 5.979. Memorial Day Sale discount: 20%.
