MyCanyon is now available in Europe. After the Koblenz-based company’s platform was initially only available in North America and Asia at the beginning of the year, Canyon has introduced the customization service in Europe as well. There are numerous paint options and equipment variants to choose from. Individualization is carried out according to a co-creation approach with a selection of premium components.
The MyCanyon program will initially focus on the Aeroad CFR models, which can be configured via the Canyon website or the Canyon app. Customization takes place in three main areas: Fit, Function and Aesthetics:
Fit: adjustment of comfort by adjusting the saddle and stem length, matching the seating position
Function: individually selectable groupset, wheelset and tire combinations
Aesthetics: the frame can be chosen from three artwork collections: Fabrio, Mano or Opus by Elena Salmistraro and Felipe Pantone. There are a total of 14 designs to choose from, supplemented by the option of an individual name sticker.
Fabrio: Blending special pigments and iridescent decals that change appearance as the bike reflects light.
Mano: the Mano collection frames are all hand-painted, making each one slightly different and unique.
Opus: The MyCanyon ‘Opus’ bikes are collabs with some of the most exciting artists in the world. Each frame is designed by the artist and requires a deeply complex paint job that is extremely hard to pull off.
