The shimmering pink, purple colour of the Cortina gravel bike by Officina Battaglin is named after the natural phenomenon “enrosadira”. You can see it twice a day in the Cortina d’Ampezzo area in the Italian Dolomites. It is a fascinating sight, both in the mountains and to see it reflected in this bike.
The Cortina is a blend of the best materials used in bike manufacturing. The proprietary titanium lugs seamlessly integrate titanium and high-modulus carbon tubes. Every joint is bonded, creating strong connections without welding and preserving the material’s natural properties. It results in a bike that offers the stiffness of carbon and comfort of titanium.
Each Cortina frame comes standard with a brushed titanium finish but if you go for the legendary Battaglin finish, you can opt between 13 different cromovelato colours.
If it was up to us, we choose the “enrodisaro” version and imagine that we are our way to the fabulous region of Cortina. Bellissimo!
