The Origine Théorème FS Team Edition is developed in close collaboration with Origine Racing Division riders like Mathis Azzaro and Martina Berta. The basis is a high modulus carbon frame and a very efficient suspension kinematics for precise handling in the rough. With 120 mm of travel, Origine is aiming at both ambitious recreational and performance-oriented riders.
When developing the Théorème FS, the engineers made the suspension performance as their main criterion. A system that would be both light and efficient. The result is a Flex Pilot system, a deformable parallelogram, where the rear pivot point manifests by deformation of the seat stays.
All cables are integrated as much as possible in order to get a clean look and to keep dirt away. A newly developed head tube with an integrated is part of the package. With the UDH derailleur hanger you can use both standard and direct-mount derailleurs.
The Origine Théorème FS Team Edition comes with a Suntour fork (Axon 34 Elite 120mm tfs), Suntour shocks (Edge TR-RLR), wheels from Prymahl (Polaris C30) and a group set of TRP (EVO12). Total price is € 5.857* which is decent especially considering the weight of 10,4 kg (ex pedals). In the configuration you can decide to change the group set for SRAM XX or Shimano XTR and include pedals and bottle cages. In that case, you need to add about € 2.500 to the price tag.
