Sunday, April 12. Paris-Roubaix. A new battle awaits. For some, the race is a hell. Others enjoy it. The cobbles. The distance. The bikes. They suffer. Just like the riders on it. LOOK and Bianchi introduced special editions this week, to celebrate the 122th edition of the famous Paris-Roubaix race. Both were inspired by the endurance of the race.
For LOOK, it’s a ride across the North of France, le Ciel du Nord. In other words, the sky above the Roubaix region. A celebration to the cobbles, the people, the traditions. The Ciel du Nord is based on the new LOOK 795 Blade RS. According to the brand, this bike is crafted for the cobbles. It offers the perfect balance of aerodynamic speed and the vertical compliance needed to tame the pavé. The finish reflects the sky over the horizon, a mixture of blue, white and purple.

Bianchi emphasizes the challenge of the race, a ride through hell, l’Enfer du Nord. The official alias of the mythical race. It is produced in a very limited edition of only 55 bikes. Each one comes with a hand painted finish of white, red and black colours with a cobble-themed graphic design. And a statement of l’Enfer du Nord on the top tube. The Bianchi tribute bike is based on the new Infinito.

Both special editions come with extra accessories. The LOOK bike comes with a Commemorative Set: a limited edition of Keo Blade Ciel du Nord pedals, an authentic puzzle immortalizing the 1992 victory (won by Gilbert Duclos-Lasalle) and a special edition Ciel du Nord bag.
The Bianchi comes with a deluxe, personalised cube-shaped welcome kit with a bespoke ownership card, a cobble-inspired card holder, a customized bike cover and a certificate of authenticity signed by Bianchi CEO Alberto Cavaggioni.
