This is a bike with clean lines in a striking colour. Yellow might not be your favourite colour, but it suits the new Repete G3: Verne exceptionally well. However, it would be difficult to make a choice between the ‘standard’ colours yellow, white or brown. This bike is anything but standard.
The new Verne is Repete’s all-terrain gravel model. It is fast and still comfortable, thanks to the compact geometry. The frame is hand built from Columbus Spirit HSS steel tubes with clean lines and smooth transitions. It offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, capable for long hours in the saddle on any surface. It is optimized for using tyres between 35 and 45 mm.
Cables for brakes are internally routed by using a stainless-steel cup in the upper part of the head tube. In combination with an electronic group set, it gives the bike a super clean look and allows the vibrant yellow colour to fully stand out. A colour that is painted by hand.
The iconic shape of the Repete drop-out now comes with full UDH-compatibility, a universal standard that makes finding a replacement hanger easy. The threaded bottom bracket has an enlarged diameter and in combination with the oversized tubes, it makes a very stiff unit.
The G3: Verne is engineered for versatile use across all terrains. Repete chose to make it the best ride using tyres between 35 and 45 mm. That way, fork and chain stays are shorter enabling a more compact geometry. Resulting in a lively, responsive and fast ride on both tarmac and gravel.
The G3: Verne comes at a frameset at € 4.600*. Or in a total build for respectively € 13.600* (SRAM Sram RED XPLR AXS, ENVE SES 4.5 wheels and ENVE, Pirelli, Fizik and Chris King components) or € 10.300* (Sram Force XPLR AXS, Polymer Beyond 45:50 wheels and Polymer, Pirelli, Fizik and Chris King components). The yellow colour is included.
