It’s like twenty different bike rides in one. Join Million Foot Man, Ben Hildred, and htSQD phenom, Ruth Holcomb, as they take on the 85 km adventure of New Zealand’s Old Ghost Road.
Completed in 2015, the Old Ghost Road is an iconic 85 km singletrack trail on the South Island of New Zealand that traverses the lush and rugged mountains between the towns of Lyell and Seddonville. Originally surveyed and then abandoned as a potential mining route during the gold rush of the 1880s, the project was reborn more than a century later as a multi-use singletrack trail.
Grab a cup of tea, sit down, and see why riding the Old Ghost Road was described by the trail builders as like reading a page-turning novel; every bend in the track is like turning another page in a book.
