The Soloist sits in between the Cervélo R5 and S5 range. It combines the climbing capacity of the light R5 with the aerodynamic performance of the S5. An allrounder for everybody to enjoy, both (semi) professionals and recreational riders. For flat or uphill trips, it is totally up to you.
The new Soloist is aerodynamically optimized with a deeper head tube, deeper fork legs, and a BB junction that shields the rear wheel. Saving 8.6 watts versus its predecessor and even an extra 4.3 watts when using the specially formed water bottles.
Although the surface of the bike has increased, Cervélo managed to reduce the weight with 267 grams, bringing the total weight on 6,86 kg for the RED AXS version, just within UCI limits. It allows tyres up to 36 mm to be fitted and electronic drivetrains only.
All models of the new Soloist come with a carbon integrated cockpit in all possible sizes, carbon Reverse wheels and a power meter setup. Top of the range is the RED AXS version, in a shimmering Black Magic colour only. The frameset comes in 3 different colours: Black Magic, Cloud Break white and Maldive blue/green.
