Merida launched its new REACTO range, its 5th generation. Again, it is all about the thrill of speed. Especially with the REACTO ONE.
The new REACTO builds on the previous model, with fundamental changes that further improve its aerodynamics, reduce its weight and offer tyre clearance up to 32 mm.
The REACTO ONE undercuts the 200-watt barrier as measured according to Tour Magazine’s test standards and sets a new internal benchmark for aerodynamic performance.
Other bikes in the range, the REACTO 10K and the REACTO TEAM offer the perfect balance between aerodynamics, comfort and control. Each set-up of the REACTO has its own focus, whether that’s low air resistance, low weight or all-round performance.
The REACTO ONE is the most uncompromising and aerodynamically advanced REACTO ever. With 196 watts in the wind tunnel test, it sets a new internal benchmark for aerodynamic performance and is the fastest bike in the line-up.
The very light CF5 carbon aero frame (approx. 950 grams, size M) features a Dura-Ace 12-speed Di2 drivetrain combined with Classified rear hub, dual sides power meter, a Merida TEAM CW 1P carbon cockpit, DT Swiss ARC 1100 wheels, a Merida S-FLEX carbon aero post and advanced DISC COOLER technology. A luxury package that brings the REACTO ONE on only 7,4 kg in total.
The REACTO ONE comes in two colours. Either a passion red/slate grey combination or slate grey/black. Regardless the colour you choose, it is fast. It perfectly sums up the REACTO slogan: Speed is our heritage.
