The experience of twenty years of manufacturing steel hardtail bikes had led to the creation of the Darco-Ti, a handmade full suspension titanium bike. Honouring the Chromag mechanic ‘The Dark One’ who passed away in 2020.

With 29” wheels and 150 mm of travel in front and 120 mm in the back, this bike is made for the hardest trails, whether uphill or down. The geometry of slack head tube and steep seat tube angles makes it an aggressive but fun ride.  The suspension elements kick in when needed, the bike stays connected with the track all the time.

The Darc-Ti frame has a front triangle in titanium and a mix of aluminium and steel in the rear.  An excellent combination of materials that make the bike look classy, offering stiffness and rigidity at the same time.  A clean and simple design and easy to work on without taking the whole bike apart. Just as we like it.
