Trek launched the new Domane in its 5th generation. It reduced in weight and offers more comfort in geometry and a wider tyre clearance. It comes in two different versions, the SL and the SLR. The ideal bike for long hours on one or multiday trips.
The Domane SL is known for its positive price quality ratio. It is built around the OCLV 500 carbon frame and pricing* start at € 2.499. For starters, it’s the ideal bike for longer comfortable rides.
The frame of the Domane SLR is manufactured from the more advanced and lighter OCLV 900 carbon series. Pricing* start at € 6.999 (Force AXS) up to € 12.999 for the SLR 9 AXS.
We love the special No.76 edition as displayed above, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the brand. The blue finish is inspired on the early days of TREK and the classic logo on the head tube is a nice touch. Availability is limited to 500 pcs worldwide. It comes with a 2×12 SRAM Red AXS drivetrain and Bontrager Aeolus RSL 37 carbon wheels.
The Domane SLR 9 AXS reduced in weight with a massive 950 grams, bringing the total on 6,63 kg for the 1×13 drivetrain. The Road Endurance geometry will position you in a more relaxed and upright position. The new riser bar will bring an extra 20 mm of height in the front. In combination with wider tyres, up to 40 mm, and additional flex in the seatpost, you can expect lots of comfort on longer rides.
The new Domane will bring you back to the basic principles of cycling; enjoying the great outdoors in a comfortable yet fast way.
